Workshop THE NEW COMPETENCES FOR THE SMART ENTERPRISE

The rapid transformation processes that are investing in the global economy (digital transformation, sharing economy, green economy, to name a few) are changing in a profound way the work and the needs of people and skills of the enterprises' part. To master this topic, RISE has decided to organize a workshop in order to discuss it. It will be held at the prestigious Palazzo Bettoni-Cazzago on 8 February. Through a round table discussion between high-profile participants, we will discuss the theme of the new roles and new skills required for companies so to be able to compete successfully in the new economic-productive scenario.
