Servitization and environmental sustainability: from theory to practice

The event presents the results of the 2025 Community Research dedicated to the relationship between servitization and environmental sustainability in manufacturing companies. Through the analysis of companies from different industrial sectors, the research investigated how service-oriented models concretely contribute to sustainable transition pathways. During the meeting, empirical evidence, main critical issues that emerged, and managerial implications will be shared, opening a space for dialogue between research and industrial practice.
The meeting will be opened by Daniela Pigosso, Professor of Design for Absolute Sustainability at the Technical University of Denmark.
